Is mw2 still worth picking up for 360?

Its an xbox game what do you think? As you are going to get cheaters anyway on both the games I would opt for Black Ops as it's the same game but should be slightly better.

If i were going to get one it would be black ops if I were in your situation. Either that or Reach.
 
How can you cheat on the console version of COD? Does cheating simply refer to things like camping and not things like wallhacks or aimbots?
 
Its still a very popular game and I dont see it dieing out even after black ops. People make it sound like every game is a bad game but the fact is its a lot of fun online, Sure you'l have bad games, hacked games if they exist still (though I've never been in one) but its not terrible, why else would the mw2 thread still be so popular and the game remain in the top 3 played on live?

Also the single player campaign is great and you should be able to get this for a decent price these days.

Black ops is hard to judge because no one has actually played it yet. Though its looking to be a great game also.

Iv started on my mates copy for the ps3, its a lot of fun! Yeah there's a fair bit of cheating (which apparently will be ironed out in the next one)

As for campers it just depends on the people you play and how well you pick up the maps... Just dont go blowing lots of cash on it though as its only going to be played for another 2 months...
 
Just don't buy the DLC for it. I'm hoping it will settle down a bit after Black Oops comes out.

It'll be played for years to come :)

Black Ops should attract all the kids, who make up the vast majority of those using dirty tactics (boosting, over use of m203, Commando etc), so hopefully we'll see the games improving on MW2.

I have already noticed a signicant improvement in games recently with the tools moving over to Halo.

Maybe cagematch could come back to MW2 with no tactical insertion or no join in sesh allowed. :D

I've had a quick 3 games of it tonight on the PS3. I never understood the hatred towards it. I play MW2 on the PS3 and MW on the PC with its deciated servers. I like both. I'm just here for the games:)
