Is my 430W PSU any good for 955?

Hi

I am starting to put together a list of bits I will need to upgrade my PC. It will be a moderately over clocked P2 955 with single 4870 and 2 HDD's.

I currently have a Seasonic S12 Series 430W ATX2.0 PSU With PCI-E Connector

Will this PSU be ok or will I need to upgrade? If close can I try it or could it cause damage?
