Is My 780ti Faulty?

I have recently stripped down my computer to give it a bit of a clean recently, due to temps slowly creeping up on my components. I was cleaning my 780ti Windforce and noticed one of the the fans doesn't spin anywhere near as freely as the other two. Is it a fault and more importantly, is it worthy of me trying to RMA?

It might seem a bit OTT, but surely it would affect cooling and potentially resale also.

I'd personally only bother if the temperatures were actually getting out of hand, or if it started making a noticeable noise.

if its a new purchase id send it back but if not maybe some wd40 and loosen it up?
also check the fan in question is actually spinning when the gpus turned on.

Cheers for the input guys. I've only noticed a couple of degrees difference. I'll try some kind of lubricant, wd40, butter, baby oil etc.
