Is my 8800GT dead?

Fitted watercooling and moved my PC into a V2000 yesterday, had graphics card out of the case and in its anti static bag for most of the time, however after leak testing and everything I put the card into my pc, turn it on and get beeeeep beep beep which apparantly means no video card or bad video memory. I've reseated the card loads of times but still I can't boot my pc up

Sure you've plugged the 6-pin power connector in? Checked it in another system? Tried with just the basics? (CPU/RAM/GPU)

Yeh, the GTs scream if you haven't plugged the power in. Don't have another system to try it in, have tried minus hard drives though.

Edit: Tried it in my 2nd PCI-e slot, didn't get the beeps but didn't get a video signal either.

Right, checked it in another machine, same results. Currently trying to deal with OCUK about getting it RMAd, currently just been asked if I had it connected properly, you know, just incase I'd left it inside the anti static bag wandering why it wasn't working.
