Is my AMD FX 9590 already Clocked to Max?

Hello!

Few weeks back I got AMD FX 9590 of my Brothers PC
I used to have FX 8320 clocked at 4,8 Ghz 1,47V which was easy to do and never had any problems with stability

Now when I have the FX 9590 and I try to do anything regarding CPU Overclocking the CPU starts to Fail instantly!

Any Ideas? Or is the FX 9590 at its 100% Limit

AMD FX 9590
Asus Crosshair V formula Z ( latest Bios )
AMD R9 290x
2133mhz Ram ( This could be the problem because official AMD Website says AMD FX supports up to 1800mhz only but even if I donwcloack the Rams to 1600 or 1800 I still cant get any more speed out of my CPU )

With mine I never really tried overclocking past 5GHz, however disabling turbo and fixing the clock speed gave me a big performance boost. Even at its base speed it was much faster with turbo disabled. Never did find an answer as to why.

Can you stress test the cpu using realbench or prime 95,
and give us a screen print of the hwmonitor during the testing like below.

I'd like to see the voltage used, the core temp and cpu temp.

Max Voltage 1,524V
Max Temp 42 / 48 ( 52 Max when gaming )

I have never really tried with my 9590. I was using it for a bit at 4.85 / 5.15 but reverted back to stock 4.7 / 5.0 at 1.41V as there is no need for day to day ops.

My 8350 I overclocked it to 5.0GHz early days.

I find slightly less voltages with the 9590 than the 8350 OC
