Is my card about to die?

Iv'e started getting little tiny green glitches on my desktop. Also red and blue glitches appear on video but only the green on the desktop. Iv'e got everything at stock speeds now and have taken my card out, cleaned it and reseated it with no luck. Has anyone seen this before? Gpu temp is normal (36c). could it be drivers or possibly even psu or mobo related? I don't want to start spending money before i'm sure what it is.

I'm assuming it's the system in your sig? On the other hand it looks like a possible dying VRAM problem. Does it appear during POST?

Yeah spec is as sig but without any OC and with 8GB ram.
I do get just a few green dots on the post screen and the ROG splash screen. not as many as when it gets into windows but they are still there.

Can you connect to another monitor or tv? Try rule out your monitor and maybe swap the cable. Rule those out first.
