Is this my graphics card or motherboard that's dying?

I took my pc apart today to clean it amd fit a backplate to one of my graphics cards (the other already has then fitted)
After boot up I got the above screen.
Windows finds an error and just won't load.
Any ideas?

Just tried an hdmi from the onboard braphics and it works fine - no issues with boot-up.
Must be the cards then - bu@@er

It may be one of the cards so only way to check is remove each card one by one and only leave 2 in at a time until you find the dodgy card. You don't have to touch the water cooling since only pulling the card up out of the slot so it's not contacting the pci-e will do.

It could possibly be a poor connection in the pci-e slot so even removing and putting the card back in may fix it.

My motherboard is a z87x-OC which has switches for turning on/off the 4 PCI slots, so I have been able to isolate each card without physically removing them thankfully.

It is only the top card that has developed the fault. System loads normally connected to the other cards.

@fs123 the cards are so tight together there is no slack to pop one out at a time - they all need to come out together or not at all.

Unlucky dude :(
Had that happen to me with a 7950 a while back. Took it out, put it back in and the memory was suddenly buggered with all kinds of graphical corruption...
It did have a pretty mental aftermarket cooler setup on it though.
