is my card faulty?

i have not had much time to play since i bought my card and im afraid it maybe faulty?

in all the games ive played (BF4, Ghosts, Bioshock inf, crysis 3 & moh warfighter) after about 30 mins of playing, the game starts to glitch or produces artifacts in the case of MOH warfighter.

the picture attached is off bf4 and most glitches are exactly like that.


the card is running at stock speeds, not oc whatsoever, i have reinstalled fresh drivers (remove old ones, install new one) and it still happens.

according to gpu-z the highest temp my card hits is 70c but when i play bf4 it never goes above 65c but i still get the glitches.

should i contact OCuk for a possible RMA?
 
If this happens at stock it could be that the card is faulty yes. It could be an underlying issue with your power supply or mobo but cross that bridge when you come to it.

What card / drivers?
