Is my card on the way out?!

Hi guys,

I was just doing a bit of browsing, no embedded video or sound etc, and I noticed my task-bar change from opaque (aero, windows 7) to a solid light blue... then followed a few intermittent seconds of flickering before the aero theme restored itself

Any ideas? Be a bit annoyed if it is my card, its just over a year old!

Did this happen at around 1am (can't exactly remember what time it happens)?

This little bugger sometimes automatically runs at around that time for WEI and disables Aero until it's done.

There's a way to disable it but I forgot how...

You aren't using Google chrome are you? because my laptop has started doing the same in the past week.

Mine ran the WEI at 1am, Windows basic colour scheme, heard the fan ramp up etc etc, your card is fine OP.

Definitely ran at around 1am - shows how often I'm on my pc that late

Never heard on WEI, guessing its a fairly new thing?
