The standard GTS is about 1cm shoter than a standard ATX motherboard, so unless you've got hard disks or the like overhaging the board then you should be fine.
 
Best way is to measure where the card would sit in its pcie slot to its first obstacle (ie hdd cage) and tell us the length.

I think they are roughly 10" in length but I'm sure someone will confirm that very soon.

You can always move hdd's higher or lower to make more room.
