Is my connection screwed ??

I set some downloads on before with u torrent - all ports forwarded ect

And they don't seem to be getting over 30K They get 20 30k and drop to 25k

And when i go to ip config i get this message :- "Domain_not_set.invalid"

Does enyone know whats wrong?
