Is my CPU 64bit?

I have a Dell XPS M1710 notebook PC. It has an Intel Centrino Duo CPU - see pic below...

I have been sent a Copy of Windows Vista Business from Microsoft but it is the 64Bit only vesrion, so I want to know if it will run properly on my system?

Don't get Core Duo mixed with Core 2 Duo.

That's definitely 64bit.

I think the EMT64 means you can run 64 bit on your machine.

Thats not just a 64 bit chip,

thats quite a considerably fast chip for a notebook.

Puts my 2.2 Celeron to shame.

Speedstep clocking it down to save power when it's not doing much.

People tend to turn it off on desktops for overclocking.

Yes, I've never quite got that one, If i want to use my machine I want my overclock but if I'm browsing forums and listening to music I don't need all that power so I keep mine on (3.2 load/ 2.4 idle)

Saves a good bit of power and keeps the temps down.

Well if it helps, fair enough. My Opty is perfectly happy as it is with C&Q on though.
