Is my CPU bottlenecking my GPU?

I've got an AMD A10 5800K and I was wondering is it bottlenecking my MSI GTX 660 Twin Frozr III?

If so would overclocking the CPU fix the issue?

that board does have a vrm heatsink so i wouldn't go too high with the voltage. 4.2-4.4ghz should be possible. also, if you disable the onboard gpu then it will draw less power and heat meaning you can overclock the cpu bit of the apu more with less heat.
