Is my cpu the problen...

Took the battery out for 10 mins but cba to put my monitor on again to check if its gone past post. but usually if it goes beyond post the debugger goes off.
 
Confusing news xD it no longer false restarts so tyvm martini! Just got to make sure it goes beyond post and its all good. Gotmy pump etc for my loop today :D
 
Ok. I figured it out lol. I must have read the dram voltage I was setting wrong all along! (I blame the dyslexia :c) I accidently had it set to 1.165V instead of 1.65v like I thought it was! Oopsy :c
