My current spec is as follows:

Asus P5N32-E-SLI M/Board
Intel Core 2 Duo E6600
Artic Cooling Freezer 7 Pro CPU Cooler
4GB Ballistix Tracer DDR2 PC2-5300
Windows Vista 32bit
Nvidia GeForce GTX260 Maxcore
PCi-E X-Fi Titanium Fatal1ty pro
750gb Samsung spinpoint
1 sony dvd writer
1 sony cd writer/dvd rom
Logitech Illumiated Keyboard
Roccat Kone Mouse
20” Samsung Syncmaster Monitor
Seasonic S12-600 PSU
Silverstone FT-01 Case

I have just ordered the following parts for a wee upgrade:

Intel Core i7 920 Do Stepping
Asus P6T Deluxe V2 M/Board
Titan Fenrir Heatsink/Cooler
6GB Corsair Dominator

I never gave it a thought but do you think my original 600w PSU will be sufficient after the upgrade?

you will be surprised at how little a pc uses most of the time,

Mine idles at 180watt
Cpu load was 280watt
and playing a game was around 450watts

if you have all the figures for power consumption for a pc, usually they are the max ratings of all the components running at full. which never happens anyway so you normally would have plenty of power left.
