is my gpu is rooked?

hey guys,

after the crash from doom today when changing to vulkan, everytime i launch CS GO it fragments and screen messes up, only way to solve is reboot.

i have tried drivers etc. i think i am going to return as faulty and get a refund.

how does the 1060 6gb compare? would it be a good upgrade? i assume cooler running, less power hungry and better performance?

i like nvidia for stability and now im on intel as apposed to AMD.

What card you have? How are your temps?

Have you used DDU to clear the system and put fresh the latest drivers?
Have you overclocked the card?

i have a radeon 290 XFX. my temps are low because im only on the desktop, cant get into game to get temps up

i used DDU yes and updated through AMD site. card is stock. not one thing oced on it.

its not just DOOM, now CS doesnt work, it just starts to fragment and chop the screen all over the place.

Have you tried going back to the drivers you had on before ?
