Hi

I just logged into WoW and got this:

i1xrfq.jpg

There have been some other problems today aswell, such as graphics glitches on the log-in screen and a similar problem with Dala when I logged in earlier today. I took the graphics card out of my PC and gave it a clean, same goes for memory etc. and it hasn't worked.

I have been having some graphics problems for the past month or so aswell, just little glitches in-game, but other than that it was running fine, then after todays update I get it like this and it's totaly unplayable and looks insane. I haven't tested any other games cos theres nothing else I'm playing atm but I do have others installed so I could test something else if needed.

Is my graphics card broken? I only bought it in February this year (from OcUK), it's a Point of View GTX 260.

Is there anything else I need to check before I start the RMA process?

Thanks.

Also, I just tried to load WoW up again and I got the following message:

'Windows - Display driver stopped responding.

The nv4_disp display driver has stopped working normally. Save your work and reboot the system to restore full display functionality. the next time you reboot the machine a dialog will be displayed giving you a chance to upload data about this failure to Microsoft'.

The game just froze altogether when I opened it that time, although the graphics looked normal, it loaded up and just froze, no response at all.

Hi

Thanks for your response.

Well, I decided to try changing the graphics card drivers, so I uninstalled all of the old ones and used driver sweeper to clean up the remnants then installed the new ones after a reboot then rebooted again.

And WoW was then running fine, no problems whatsoever, great I thought, problem solved, just needed to update the drivers. Apparently not.

So about an hour and a half to two hours after I logged into WoW I get a BSOD out of nowhere, it contained this code:

stop: 0x0000009c (0x00000000, 0xB8344050, 0xB2000040, 0x00000800)

So obviously there is still a problem somewhere but I'm not sure what the problem is, because WoW actually 'felt' like it was running a lot smoother and my framerates seemed to be more solid aswell so I honestly thought I had fixed the problem until I got the BSOD.

Any ideas what that BSOD was all about?
