Hi
I have a Sapphire Radeon R9 290 Vapor X 4GB and running an i7 4770K clocked to 4.2ghz.
Recently I upgraded to a clean build of Windows 10 pro (I think it was 1806, possibly 1903).
When I play games, stream or even scroll through a several page PDF, things go jerky and
stuttery.
I have rolled back to the original driver and upgraded to the latest but this doesn't cure it.
Is my graphics card which has probably about 40,000 hours use starting to show signs of old age?
or is there something else windows 10 related?
If its time to upgrade, what are your suggestions? (probably have in the band of £350 to £450 to spend)
Thanks
