My H100i is only 2 weeks old. I was performing some routine cleaning inside my case when I noticed an oily like substance around the rim of one of fans (stock fans/fans that come with it).
It looks exactly like this picture only the quantity seems to be significantly more (not my picture, found it on Google images)

Just to iterate, this is only occurring on of the fans (the one furthest away from the tubes). I took the fans off to inspect the radiator and it looks fine, it's just the fan with the substance.
Should I consider RMA'ing or is this normal?
