Is my Hard drive dieing?

So I've heard my HDD making this noise before, A few months ago, It's not the traditional click of death noise but a clunking sound instead, I downloaded Crystal Disk and this is what it says.

Should I get a new HDD?

for how cheap hdds are now, id grab one and copy it over just in case... worst case - you have a decent back up, best - you just saved all your data

Buy a spare (always handy to have a spare).

If the current one breaks, then just restore to the new one from your backu...
