Is my I5 midi config good for my needs?

Hi I'm Jonny. An old gamer (43yrs) first time OCUK buyer. Here's the system I'm getting to play Minecraft / Elite Dangerous and maybe render the odd video for YouTube. Feel free to comment on any improvements I can make down the line (not straight away because I already ordered and being built!).

I5 4690k OC stage 2
MSI Z97S Sli Plus
Alpenfohn Brocken 120mm Cooler
Kingston Hyper X 16gb 2133Mhz
Asus GeForce 760 Cuii Edition
Samsung 840 Evo 240gb SSD
Super flower golden green 550w PSU
Windows 8.1

Benq XL2420z 24" 144hz

I have little experience with PC configuration but from what I read I would imagine my build would be bottle-necked by the graphics card if anything. I chose that card to keep with my budget. I guess I will upgrade it within 18 months.

I figured that i would benefit from the Benq gaming monitor because M/Craft should run with high FPS even with the GPU.

I just realised how active and dedicated this forum is. I come from console/mobile gaming background. Just decided to take the plunge on gaming on PC. Mainly because of struggling with poor performance in Minecraft on a low end laptop. I was active in TouchArcade forums for many years but I may be frequenting this place more often now I'm embarking on my PC gaming debacle. Thanks again

Thanks for the thoughts guys. I thought 16gb might be overkill but I've been stuck with too little ram so many times in the past that I just went all out.
