Is My internet Connection Bad?

These are my ADSLGuide speed test result....I'm supposed to be on 8MB ADSL.

Speed Test Results
Downstream 1,385.0 Kbps ( = 1.4 Mbps )
Upstream 375.7 Kbps ( = 0.4 Mbps )

You would need to quote the sync rate reported by your modem to say either way.

What are you syncing at?

Upstream 448 Kbps
Downstream 6624 kbps

Try the BT Speedtest (instructions in FAQ) and see what you get, followed by the new BT Speedtest (different login shouldn't be required), and see what BRAS profile you've got.
