Yesterday I went to Carphone Warhouse and purchased a PAYG 3G 8GB iPhone (don't wanna be tied to a contract).

At first, I didnt notice anything wrong with it, until this morning.

For example, I browse a website, I turn my phone left, and the page goes landscape, but if I turn it right, it does nothing.

I have checked it out with a lads phone at work, and hes works perfect, left goes left, right goes right.

Another thing is, I download iPint, and when the glass filles up, even though i'm holding the phone straight, the phone/glass seems to think im tilting it left. I have tried restore etc, a few people mention it could be a duff iPhone?

Also, I notice that my phone will not play like YouTube videos, it plays it for about 2 seconds, and thats it, I have even tried connecting wireless to my router, but still does it.

Also,

Do you think I should take back to CPW and get a replacement?

Cheers guys. Will take it back in later.

Take it if they replace it, Ill get given a new sim which means another new number?

Grr.. just texted everyone yesterday with my new current one.
 
I don't see why they would replace the SIM, I'd be jumping up and down if they tried to do that.
 
I thought the Sim is activated to that phone only? When I went in yesterday to buy it, he asked/told me if I was planning on putting the sim in another phone, or vice versa...that it wouldnt work, and that its tied to the iphone once activated.
