Is my mark 06 score right?

Not sure about the score, but you stated a resolution of 1400x900, i hope thats not the resolution your running 3dmark at, as the default res for 3dmark06 tests is 1280x1024...

If you are running at 1400x900, re-run the test @ 1280x1024 (default) and repost your score... :)

I can select 1280x1024 as a resolution on the desktop (not tried in games) so 1280x1024 does work. 3Dmark just isnt allowing it for some reason

Without running 3dmark06 at 1280x1024, there is no way that we can compare or critise on your score, as everyone needs to benchtest their system at the same resolution...

Does seem a strange problem you're having... Isn't there an option in the Display properties for showing/hiding display modes your monitor can't display, try re-installing your monitor drivers...
