Ok so this may turn into another one of those "Hi I'm a water noob thread" so apologies in advance. I've spent the last week getting all the bits and pieces for my loop together. I set up my radiator and pump today to give the radiator a flush as suggested by Thermochill. What is bothering me at the moment is the apparent lack of flow. From everything I have read the MCP655 is a hi-flow pump but mine seems very very low to me. I'll explain what kit I have here.
I am using 7/16" XSPC white hose.
Bitspower 5/8" compression fittings.
MCP655 Pump
Thermochill PA120.3 Rad
Not hooked up at the moment I also have a HK 3.0 (1366) and EK 5870 Plexi block and EK Multi 250 Res.
Heres a video of it at the moment next to my kitchen sink. Please tell me if I am imagining things or is something not right. The pump is set to "5" which is the highest it goes to. I have also tried the other settings. And yes I definitely have the speed adjustment pointing in the right direction (First mistake I made
) I have tilted the rad and I dont think its an air lock. I know you can see a few bubbles in the vid but I have run it for a good long time and those go away. Still flow seems a bit weak to me. And before anyone comments yes that is me getting the camera wet at the end but it survived its little shower
