Is my memory compatible?

Hi guys,

I am building a new PC and plan to reuse some of the components from my old machine. The PC currently has 64GB of DDR4 RAM (8 x 8GB sticks) and i plan to take across 32GB of it (4 x 8GB sticks)

Before i go buying parts for my new build i wanted to check that it will be compatible first, and i am not sure. (Googled the hell out of it and i am not getting a clear answer)

The brand of the RAM is Crucial and the model of RAM i currently have is:
BLS8G4D240FSE

I have done a check on the Crucial site with the motherboard i want to buy which is a Asus ROG Strix X570-I Gaming Mini ITX AM4 Motherboard and it states the following RAM is compatible:
BLS8G4D240FSEK

The Crucial site does NOT state that BLS8G4D240FSE is compatible, it doesn't say it isn't either

On the Crucial site the only difference it mentions is one is Dual Rank (the one i have)

The one on the crucial site ending with the letter K is single rank and that one that is listed as compatible.

Will the RAM i have work? (BLS8G4D240FSE)

Thanks

If it helps here is the rest if the build:

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus ROG Strix X570-I Gaming Mini ITX AM4 Motherboard
Storage: Samsung 860 Evo 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6 GB Video Card
Case: Fractal Design Node 304 Mini ITX Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair RMx (2018) 650 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

I would be suprised if it didn't work, that said its only 2400 speed and the sweet spot on ryzen is 3600 so you giving up quite a bit of performance going with ram that speed.

Thanks, how did you know that 3600 is the sweet spot? just for my own info, thanks for your reply!

Yep i noticed this mistake before ordering, in the end i went with the following board:
Asus ROG Crosshair VII Hero ATX AM4 Motherboard

I can confirm that my memory is compatible, the speed dropped a little bit though, it's running at 2400 i think.

All 4 slots working just fine, did have to give them a good push.

I have added a load of information below which might be of use to anyone searching google:

Below is the full build:
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 3700X 3.6 GHz 8-Core Processor
Motherboard: Asus ROG Crosshair VII Hero ATX AM4 Motherboard
Memory: 4 x BLS8G4D240FSE (total of 32GB)
Storage: Samsung 860 Evo 1 TB 2.5" Solid State Drive
Video Card: EVGA GeForce GTX 980 Ti 6 GB Video Card
Case: Fractal Design Meshify C ATX Mid Tower Case
Power Supply: Corsair RMx (2018) 850 W 80+ Gold Certified Fully Modular ATX Power Supply

The CPU posted first time without a BIOS update, i have then proceeded to update with the latest version 3004 and everything is good so far.
