Is my memory running at the right speed?

As i don't know much about memory, i don't know if its the running at the right speed?

Also was thinking of getting another 4Gb of the same to make it up to 8Gb, would i see much difference as im only using vista 32bit?

It says 5-6-6-18 is what it should be!?
i will try and adjust the other setting in bios...

ive puts the voltage to 2.0v and changed the frequency, left the timings on auto.

Look ok now? what about these timings?
