I can never make head nor tail of these technical screens.

I have 4X8GB 3200 HyperX DDR4 sticks.

I have enabled XMP and system boots up no probs at all, but it's unclear from this screen whether or not all 4 stick are running at 3200 or not. Any advice please?

Just checked in bios and bios records memory speed at 3206.76MHz

Ah OK. Here's the memory tab. I think I'm ok actually. If I remember rightly you double the DRAM frequency to get your actual memory speed?

Yes, you're all good.

FYI, "3200MHz" is a misnomer - the ram runs at 1600MHz.
The correct term is 3200MT/s (megatransfers/second), for DDR4-3200, but almost the entire industry, and most users (myself included!) say 3200MHz... :)

If CPU-Z is correct that's 4 single ranks that due to setup (2 per chanel) are actually running as good as they can. All is good from my point of view.
