Is my memory safe running at 433?

Im thinking about getting a better cooler for my cpu and overclocking to 4ghz, but will my memory be ok overclocked 33mhz? System in sig

IF there are no stability issues, then yes it will be fine, on my old E8400 system i used to run my 800mhz memory @ 1000mhz for benchmarking sessions, 900mhz 24/7.

Wow, 1000mhz. Its just back in the ddr1 days, the memory wouldn't overclock very far at all.
