Is my memory safe running at 433?

IF there are no stability issues, then yes it will be fine, on my old E8400 system i used to run my 800mhz memory @ 1000mhz for benchmarking sessions, 900mhz 24/7.
Just becuase its stated as 800mhz, dos'nt mean it won't run faster, it all depends on each memory though, some will go a lot faster then stock, some won't, its pure luck really.

Yeh i was very lucky, i bought an online retailers own premium stuff, good 2/3 years back now. Forget the name of the actual memory maker now, but from researching the maker, i found out it was an off shoot of mushkin, so after finding that out i was'nt surprised really lol.

I should mention it was 4,4,4,12 stuff, that would actully run 4,4,4,10 happly upto 900mhz, anything over that i had to use 5,5,5,15/18, and for 1000mhz i just left it to auto and lets just say the timings where not good, but was fun getting them that fast lol. Took me a lot of time tweaking and testing to find all that out though.

Im just sad we can't get mushkin DDR3 in the UK, would love some for me I7 lol.

So basicly your memory may even go higher, especially if u lesson the timings, or leave timings on auto, and let the mobo sort it. So if everything is stable, no need to worry at all.
