Is my monitor broken?

I have tried different cables but its still the same. Its a few days old.

I'm gonna go with a yes....

Try it on a different device like another computer/laptop if it's still the same I'd say it's screwed.

As said try it with a different machine and using a different input type but my guess is thats a fault with the screen itself, send it back!

As others said try a different machine, or alternatively try onboard video vs gfx card output. Looks like it's the monitor though sadly.

Phoned Dell and they will send be a replacement tommorrow. But its a refurbished one

What warrenty will I have on the refurbished monitor?
