Is my motherboard kaput?

Hi,
While installing Windows 10 over the weekend I got a few hardware related errors during installation 0xc0000001 etc. After a few manual reboots my PC started to turn itself off, back on for a few seconds, off, wait a minute then back on again. No picture on the monitor at all and no beeping.
Power supply of motherboard?

Or RAM. Or drive. Or CPU (rarer).

What are the components, and is everything at stock speeds?

sounds like memory related issue to be honest.
What is the model of your psu and motherboard?

Thanks for the replies.
If it was memory I would expect at least a BIOS related message, a few bleeps and the monitor to display something. I'll disconnect the motherboard and just try with the pump and fans to prove the PSU is working. Leaning towards a borked MB myself.
