Is my motherboard temp on the blink?

Hi guys after changeing my motherboard my system temps seem to have increased crazy amounts , my system used to be 28c roughly idle and around 36 load, now they are 36 idle and 49-51 load! whats going on there? my cpu temps are also on the up aswell.

Is the fan turning at the correct speed? It may be clogged up with dust.
