Is my motherboard the problem?

hey guys,

im having a few issues with my computer..

when i put it to sleep / shutdown it will power back up and i need to repeat the same process before it stays powered down..

is this the motherboard causing this? i cant see it being anything else..?

pc runs fine apart from this..and was looking to upgrade the mobo to solve this and a new SSD and get rid of my mechanical as all i use the pc for is CSGO so don't need all the space..

What is your OS? I had same issue on Windows 7. It started happening after windows stopped the updates. I've since moved to Windows 10 and the problem stopped for me.

im on windows 10 pro. it was fine at first but after a while this problem started..
