is my new 8800gt faulty

i just got a new palit 8800gt 500mb,from ocuk ,but after running 3d mark06 or playing games.my desk top.and text in firefox is all blurry.for about 5 mins.tried different drivers,different pc,still same,plays all games fine.just after, with the blurry text,should i return the card.

you sure your card is running at the right native screen rez (assuming you use a tft) after its exited the game?

yea 1680x1050 on tft monitor, and in nvidia settings.never had this trouble with the last card that just died (8800gts 320mb),
after 5 mins the screen becomes clear again.

check the temperature of the card while gaming and see if there is a correlation to screen blurring going away after a certain temperature is reached.
