Haven't used my 360 in years and years now but thought I'd grab the controller and try to use it with some PC games.

I've plugged it in to both my PC or into a charger and I just get the middle logo green lights flashing on and off. Is it charging?

It's a Xbox 360 wireless controller with the plug and play thing. It's the rechargeable battery thingy. Sorry I'm really out of touch with this tech :D

You need a specific dongle to get that working on PC as the cable used with the play and charge kit only provides power to the controller.

You'd be better off getting an xbox series wireless controller and a bluetooth dongle (if you don't have one already) then trying to mess around getting the 360 controller working on PC as I've heard that it is problematic to get working on current versions of windows.
