is my pc broke?

Okay heres the run down about 1 month ago i spilt water and abit went into my pc but its been working fine i think i dryed it up in time and this was just over a month ago but about 1 week ago my pc randomly shut down and wouldent turn on i wigled the power wire thats goes into the socket and back of pc and also wrigled the power supply wires inside the pc and it turned back on but then yesturday something fell behind my pc and my pc shut off again and wont turn on what so ever and therea no power and no lights on the motherboard what could be the problem?
 
if your wiggling wires to get it to start then id look at a short somewhere

if you dropped something down the back it could have bumped it and caused the wires to move again? idk

only way to be 100% sure is to test with another psu if you have one spare
 
But ive tryed to wiggle in past 24 hours and made sure no lose cables anywere and still having no luck could the fuse be gone in the plug or would i need a new power cable?
 
could be a fuse in the plug

no mb lights or fan movement means its not getting any power whatsoever or a dead mb
