Hi,

My pc keeps rebooting or loses the signal to the GPU. I looked in speedfan and noticed that my 12v rail is down to 11.6v, it used to be at about 12.2v. Could this be the problem and is this a sign that it is on its way out?
It is an Enermax EG465-433W psu.

many thanks

after 2 years useage, it should still be ok. if you are doubt take it down to your local; computer shop, should be able to get it checked out for £10-£15. And if it is dying pick up a new one.

The rebooting isn't caused by a low rail but by a sudden dip in one rail, so even if the 12V is wxcactly 12V it only takes one short dip to 11V to give you problems.

My old PSU started to reboot the system, then gave booting problems and finally stopped booting altogether
