Is my PSU enough to overclock?

I've recently wanted to overclock my CPU, and wondering if my PSU is enough including all my other components to overclock.

Antec High Current Gamer 520W

i7 4770k 3.5ghz
Patriot Viper "Sapphire Blue" 8GB RAM
Nvidia GeForce 760

Gigabyte Z87-D3HP Intel Z87 (Socket 1150) DDR3 ATX Motherboard

Wondering is my motherboard decent/good for overclocking? I know nothing about OCING, any guides and tips would be great.

The psu is enough. It's a Seasonic unit with 480w on the 12v rail so loads of headroom for overclocking.
