Is my PSU enough?

I've currently got a Enermax Infiniti 650W PSU with the following hardware;

ATI Radeon HD 4870 512MB
Gigabyte GA-EP45-DS3R Mobo
Intel Core 2 Duo E8400
4GB (4x1GB) GeIL PC2-6400C4 800MHz
Western Digital Caviar Blue 320GB SATA-II 16MB Cache
Western Digital Caviar Blue 500GB SATA-II 16MB Cache
Pioneer DVR-112D 18x DVD±RW
Creative Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Music 7.1 Sound Card

But I'm looking to change the DVDRW with a BluRay drive, change my two HDD's to newer drives with 32MB Cache & more storage, and maybe change the GFX to a 4870X2 depending on what my moneys like

Will the PSU I've got handle it or do I need more power?

your PSU is more than enough even with that 4870x2 upgrade and a couple drives added.

It will more than likely be fine. It's a good psu.

Good to hear, I'm at work at the moment so doing this off the top of my head, and I'm sure its a 650W PSU, what would be the lowest recommended PSU for my rig?

250-300W for current configuration.
(peak consumption maybe even slightly above 200W)

It depends how strong the rails are but you are typically looking at around 500-600W.
