I have recently just Upgraded my graphics card (GTX 570) and got rid of my
solid state (OCZ 60G) and upgraded to a Seagate 1TB Hybrid and a GTX 780TI.

Since installing both, i had to re-install windows to the new Hybrid. Since i have re-installed windows & updated i have been experiencing some freezing within the first 10-15 minutes of booting into windows. The mouse is still functional but everything is extremely laggy and freezes. But after i leave the computer on for 30mins plus.. i have full functionality again, experiencing no freezing or issues. i have manged to then play battlefield 4 for multiple hours with no problems. but when i come to boot the PC the next morning i get the same problems again.
i have been reading through the web and so far what i think it could be is cold capaciter start on my psu.i originally bought the pc from overclockers around 4 years (possibly 5-6) years ago. since then i have rebuilt the machine with the case & PSU being the only original remaining parts. The PSU that is in the pc is a corsair TX650W, which at the same time i think im also possibly sucking the life from it with the new graphics card upgrade & 4 HDD's connected (2 x 2TB, 1x 1.5TB and 1x 1TB).What i have also noticed in the last few months is im getting a lot of squealing coming through my headset when i move the mouse, which i am also lead to believe this could be connected to the PSU
i replaced the CPU, Memory & Motherboard October 2011(roughly) so im just going to presume its not my motherboard as before the upgrades i didn't notice any issues bar the squealing coming from the mouse movement.
i spoke to someone from OCUK today and explained the problems i was having and the guy also thought it could be the PSU as he recommended for the GFX card alone i should be running a 750W PSU, and that a psu will die off roughly 10% per year,
the only think that has me wondering weather this definitely is the problem is would i not experience issues when Gaming?
My Specs of my machine are:
CPU:Intel Core i7 950 @ 3.07GHz Bloomfield 45nm Technology
RAM:Corsair 12.0GB Triple-Channel DDR3 @ 533MHz (8-8-8-20)
Motherboard:ASUSTeK Computer INC. Rampage III Extreme (LGA1366)
GFX: 3071MB NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 Ti (EVGA)
HDDS:
52MB Seagate ST1000LM 014-1EJ164 SCSI Disk Device (RAID)
1863GB Seagate ST2000DL003-9VT166 ATA Device (SATA) 25 °C
1863GB Western Digital WDC WD20EARS-00MVWB0 ATA Device (SATA) 22 °C
1397GB Seagate ST315003 41AS SCSI Disk Device (SATA)
PSU:Corsair TX650W
im also looking at running the Nividia 3D 2 at the beginning of January, not to sure weather this will cause much more stress to the PSU, but if i need to replace it to sort the issues, its got to be replaced.
If anyone's got any ideas or suggestions they would greatly be appreciated
