Very quick, about to put my ew bits and pieces in but want to know if ive got enough power, as i intend to clock the CPU and RAM, cheers.

Antec TruePower 2.0 430W PSU

Sapphire ATI Radeon X800 GT 256MB GDDR3
GeIL 2GB (2x1GB) PC6400C4 800MHz
Gigabyte GA 965P-DS4 iP965,
Intel Core 2 Duo E6300 775, 1.86 GH

And i have 3 Hds.

Am i ok?

The graphics card is comparatively low power compared to some of the newer models so you should be ok although it might depend on exactly how far you want to take the overclocking. It is a good PSU but check the rails as you go for fluctuations. :)

Yea its not for gaming or anything, so i was hoping it wouldnt suck to much up.

Ummm "check the rails"????

You can check the rails either by hardware or software, hardware would be getting out a multimeter and checking the 12v, 5v and 3.3v lines to see how much they move by, software you can do by installing something like Motherboard Monitor and looking for the same measurements however this is less accurate than a multimeter.

Sweet, i think i might have acess to a multimeter, mates an electrcian.

What about thinks like lights and stuff, are they power hungry enough to cause any real problems?

Lights and fans shouldn't add too much but if you are overclocking I'd suggest waiting until you have a safe overclock and you are happy the rails are stable until adding in the lights.
