Is My Psu Good Enough?

should be fine with that psu, do you have loads of other accesorries, usb stuff etc?

are you over clocking?

As the others said, that PSU would power those components easily. OCZ are reputable so you can rest assured you have a quality PSU there. Even a 500W would power that system with no worries.
