Is my PSU good enough?

I want to upgrade my current system:

C2D E6600 2.4ghz
Asus P5B Deluxe
ATI 4870 512mb

to this:

i7 2.66ghz
Gigabyte GA-EX58-UD3R
Same gfx card

Questions is will my Corsair HX520W be enough?, I'm guessing yes as its not an SLI/Crossfire setup which might be pushing it, just seeking some confirmation as I dont really want to spend another £90~ on upgrading PSU for no reason!.

I would say yes.

Obviously if you wanted to go Crossfire in future you would have to upgrade, and also if you installed 20 HDDs, but otherwise you'll be fine.
