Is my PSU good enough ?

Hello

Just wondering if a 400w PSU is good enough for my PC.
I've just upgraded from a 5450 to a 5670 (and the research I did said that 400w should be good enough) but I'm just getting a 'feeling' from my PC that something's not quite right.

I live in Shanghai so the internet has always been a little shonky, but now it seems my PC is really struggling to hold on to a connection (wirelessly), my wireless keyboard/mouse also seem to have a new quirk or two.

Anyway.....
I have an i3 540
4gb ddr3 ram
1x dvd/rw
1x hdd
1x external usb hdd
1x case fan
1x HD5670

So what do you think ?
Also, what symptoms of an underpowered PSU should I be looking out for ?

If the psu is from a known good manufacturer, then yes it's fine.

It's a coolermaster.
I think that'll be ok

So, just of curiosity, what sort of shennanigans DOES an underpowered PSU throw up ?

400w coolermaster should be ample for that system.

Well, things seemed to settle down a bit during the evening.
I guess all my "ohhhh maybe the PSU isn't good enough" fears were unfounded

i3 uses very little juice, 400w will work fine
