Is my PSU sufficient ?

I have a -

Corsair Professional Series AX850 High Performance 850W Fully Modular '80 Plus Gold' Power Supply

Powering my rig

As well as whats in my sig I have a 2TB WD Caviar Black HDD, A Samsung Blu-Ray Optical Drive, 3 x 120mm fans, 2 x 180mm fans and the Corsair H80 CPU Cooler, Is 850 watt enough for headroom or general stability ?

more than enough with what you've listed, and your sig if thats the rest of your kit.

You've got a very good PSU there. It will power all of that overclocked + two graphics cards overclocked with room to spare
