Is my PSU to blame?

hi i have been having some problems with getting no signal on my 260 gtx card when installing the latest drivers, i have red that the 260 gtx needs around 36 amps on the 12v rail to run, i have the antec true blue 750w PSU, could someone help me out to see if this gives out enough amps for my card cant find out anywhere, link to PSU below

Assuming its in working order that will have more than enough, it will run 2 x 260s in SLi comfortably

Re problem, so are you saying that the card worked before with old drivers? and now youre updating its stopped working? or this is first install and it wont work?
