Is my Q6600 the Energy Efficient or the traditional?

I've just received my Intel Q6600 out here in China, but I know there are two versions (according to the OcUK site). How do I know which version they've sold me? I know the Energy Efficient version is 95W but I can't see the wattage written anywhere.

What it says on the box :

2.40 GHz, 8MB L2 Cache Total, 1066 MHz FSB

MM # : 89688???? (the rest is covered by a sticker)

At the bottom it says : E33133-001 1.35V max.

CPU-Z says Intel Core 2 Quad Q6600, Kentsfield, 65nm, Family 6, Model F, Stepping B, Ext. Family 6, Ext. model F, Revision G0.

Core Speed 1603.8MHz
Multiplier x6.0
Bus Speed 267.3 MHz
Rated FSB 1069.2MHZ

Not quite sure what I'm supposed to be looking at, to be honest!
