Is my quickfire tk goosed?

Been using the quickfire tk for a couple of weeks now and have noticed an issue playing BF4 beta. Basically I can't reload on the move. Holding down the W key stops keypresses of R from registering. Using a rollover tester it's not just R either RTY are affected. Let go of W and they are fine as I have typed this with the same keyboard.

I use a Quickfire TK too and haven't had any issues (other than the beta being terrable -_-). If it's only a couple of weeks old I'd just return it for a refund or replacement without worrying too much what went wrong with it, that's what warranties are for lol. Maybe you just got a one off faulty unit.

Oddly I pulled the R key off with the key puller, reseated it and now it's fine.
