Hi, sorry for the bold font.

Nope as its just been very random some times I can have the PC on all day and it not freeze, but then like today I have had to reset the PC 5 times in the space of 1 hour.

What are the Health checks I can do?

Thanks for the help:)

As some of the other posts have mentioned make sure the SSD firmware is up-to-date and run a health check.

Not checked Firmware yet but downloaded trial of SSD Life and health check is good 100% health. So me thinks it may be a memory problem.

Give memtest86+ a try and see if you get any fails, it can take a while though so leave it running while you got to sleep.

**I would look into updating the firmware though if there is a newer version available**

OK well downloaded the Corsair Toolbox as suggested above and performed a firmware update gone from 5.02 to 5.07 so will now download Memtest86 and give the Memory a workout.

Many thanks for the advice guys:D:D
